charming stay close to historic sites

large room comfortable beds helpful staff

I had a large room and a spacious bathroom, including a vestibule. the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Everything felt freshly renovated and clean! breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice and it was in a pleasant room. All the staff were helpful and friendly.

The parking was a real challenge. I needed to park the car in a different building with a fee.

The hotel is conveniently close to santa maria delle grazie. The location is in the heart of the historic area. i could easily walk to many sights, so this was a great advantage.

The staff was wonderful and always ready to help, especially with directions. my request for milk for tea was fulfilled quickly. i got a wake-up call at 2 am and a taxi booked for 3 am. That was really helpful.

The hotel has a lift that reaches all floors, very convenient with luggage! the courtyard area had wisteria and vines. It looked beautiful. i appreciated the tea making facilities in my room. It was useful.

Breakfast had a lot of choice! the breakfast room was good and had a terrace for warmer days. i particularly enjoyed the coffee and cappuccino. Ladies in the breakfast room offered excellent service.

The hotel room was perfectly adequate and serviceable. it was clean! the shower room was modern. It had shower gel and shampoo available. there was a tv that worked perfectly. there was a safe in the wardrobe. That was a bonus.

lovely stay in a superb location

fresh pastries comfortable bed

i found the location to be very convenient, with easy access to public transportation. the breakfast was great (especially the fresh pastries!). i appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the comfortable bed. the hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating to my needs.

the walls were a bit thin, and i could sometimes hear noise from neighboring rooms. this made it slightly difficult to sleep at times. i suggest bringing earplugs.

helpful staff astonishing staff cancellation policy intimate hotel

the staff was so helpful. they advised me on where to buy a replacement suitcase! the breakfast staff was astonishing. i drank the best coffee. i ever drank and ate the best eggs with fresh mushrooms! it was amazing!!!

it said 'free cancellation, pay later'. on a positive note, the hotel itself is very intimate. it has an excellent location away from the busy center. various transport links provide access to the center.
